CUSTOM DESIGN OPTIONS Four ways to approach your custom home.
1 - MODIFY A PURCELL CATALOGUE DESIGN: We offer custom modifications to any of our catalogue designs.
2 - MODIFY A PURCELL CONCEPT OR PAST PORTFOLIO: Ask us about our portfolio reserve of past plans and concepts that may be the perfect starting place for your design.
3 - YOUR DESIGN: We will prefabricate your full house package from any custom design / architectural plan that you provide. From your plans we will create the engineered shop drawings for your home package. We will provide the floors, walls, roof system, authentic timber frame and any other details.
4 - PURCELL CUSTOM DESIGN: Purcell design team is set up and ready to create a custom design with you from “scratch”. We can simply start the custom design process from a brief description of your ideas and visions. We will then draw 3d conceptual models for your review. Photos, magazines, web pictures or napkin sketches – get them to us via email, fax, or mail. We will then create beautifully scaled working drawings turning your dreams into reality.
